Here's our step by step system:
Once your payment is processed,
you'll enter our program and be immediately introduced to our
Executive Director who will guide you through our online orientation
system.
Our technical coach is available to
help you master the telephone and internet environment of our
teledevelopment system. All you need is a relatively modern computer
and a connection to the internet, we'll show you how to do the rest.

I have found the B-Coach

Thought you might like some
feedback at this, the end of the first semester:
This week's session has
really shifted things big time for me. I re-listened to the
tape and gleaned a lot from it, specifically, the point
about clarifying and leveraging MY style instead of trying
to copy someone else. A lot of people pay lip service to

There is a lot of confusion
surrounding our field. I want to give you 6 criteria or elements you
absolutely, positively must have in any coach training solution you
buy:
One: We learn to coach
by doing it, not by hearing about it!
Make sure the program you select
is based on experiential training, don't just sit around and listen
to other people model coaching, you need to be practicing coaching
just as much as you need to learn about coaching. You should spend
as much time coaching and being coached as you do learning about
coaching. Don't let other lecture-based programs lure you into a
lecture-driven format. Coaching practice with feedback is where you
learn coaching! One or two experiences with coaching won't make you
a better coach. Continuous practice and feedback will give you the
confidence you need to perform at higher levels in the organization
over time. Repeated opportunities to practice is key!
Two: Learn to build
capability not co-dependency
In regards to point one, make
sure you join a program where you learn more than just
accountability coaching. While this form of performance coaching is
practiced widely, building capability is much more leveraging over
time. Capability comes from modeling effective double-loop or Model
II learning systems as discussed by organizational learning experts
for the past 30 years. the appropriate combination of
performance and development is the key to new economy success
and prosperity.
Three:
Will you get regular
feedback on your coaching?
Regular behavioral event feedback
is extremely important to development, whether you're a coach or a
person being coached. Make sure the program you join provides you
with a system of regular feedback. Make sure the program you pay
for provides you with a method of delivering feedback in a way that
is conducive to leveraging development of the people you coach.
Make certain the program provides you with a coach not just for as
long as you're in training but after your training is over! It's
frankly amazing so many programs are built on a lecture-based model
rather than an experiential model. Make sure the program you buy
practices what it preaches.
Four: Will you have a
practice or a business system when you graduate?
Most programs focus on taking
your money for coach training. They will say that making a living
with the methodology is beyond the scope of the training and we say
hog wash. If you can't make more money when you leave than when you

them what kind of business system you'll have when you graduate? In
