What people are saying...
Mike,
THANK YOU for the truly outstanding seminar you conducted for us here
in St. Louis. Everyone I spoke with was thrilled
with the concepts, handouts and experiential
practice you provided. It was truly outstanding. I have no doubt
now that you have one of the highest quality coach development programs
in the country. I will promote it you at every opportunity.

Mike,
Hi Folks!
Mike's second visit to Virginia last week was very
successful. The coaching makeover seminar was co-sponsored by the Center
for Training and Development, at Blue Ridge Community College with
Andrews & Associates (my company). We had 22 participants attend from
different industry segments, which included a senior level executive who
trains federal executives with the Federal Executive Institute, and
trainers from a hospital and manufacturing plant. A bottled water
company sent 12 general managers from two different states.
As usual, Mike impressed everyone with his great
presentation. We have already talked about having him come back next
year to do another presentation for the Community College. Hosting a
seminar is a great way to get exposure for B-Coach and your business. I
got lots of free publicity from co-sponsoring this event with relatively
little investment of my time because the Community College did most of
the work. I have talked with one company that is interested in learning
more about training on coaching skills and hiring a coach. The college
and I have discussed the possibility of me teaching a coaching skills
seminar (the first 8 modules of B-Coach) as a follow-up to Mike's
presentation. The participants would receive a certification from the
College for this course. We are fortunate that Mike and Laura are so
generous with their time and committed to helping the B-Coach Community
be successful with this National Tour. It truly is a win-win for
everyone involved. Susan Andrews Tour Coordinator xskisusan@cs.com

Jan and I want to let you know that we had two
very successful coaching seminars in the Detroit area last week - a
Coaching Makeover on Monday, followed by a session on Coaching Emotional
Intelligence on Tuesday . In the Makeover, we had 30 participants, all
professionals in the field of coaching and organizational development,
with a number transitioning into starting their own businesses.
As usual, Mike offered something of value for
everyone and impressed everyone with the breadth and depth of his
knowledge. In the Makeover, he gave us all a megadose of models -
coaching, business and organizational. Then we had a great coaching demo
by two of the attendees with Mike providing real-time scripted feedback.
Lastly, we spent an hour in triads. We got an abundance of positive
feedback on the value of the 3 hours, and most people felt it was a
steal at $20.
At the Emotional Intelligence Seminar, Mike gave a
substantial overview of EI, followed by walking people through how to
create their own developmental plan using the ISIS. Again, this was
ground-breaking material for the 16 participants who expressed great
appreciation for this opportunity.
We know there are at least several folks who are
seriously considering joining B-Coach and certainly a heightened
awareness now of the value that B-Coach is providing in the Coaching
training world. We strongly encourage others to consider hosting one or
more events in their area, as Mike and Laura continue to impress folks
with enormous value-added experiences and build exposure for us all. We
got a great turn-out with a relatively small investment of energy and
resources, and would be happy to speak with anyone who is considering
put together an event.
