We've now closed the door on registration for our most recent programs at B\Coach and are opening the door for our 2003 Kickoff.

I've spent a good deal of time working over the holidays on many innovations B\Coach Systems, LLC is making to complete the incorporation to the "Developmentalist" framework over the next couple of years.

Nothing will change with our current programs, in fact they are better than ever!

Our new SFDCS Program will be the absolute state-of-the-art Strategic Coaching System and will incorporate all of the "once proprietary" ONLY systems I have used for the past 15 years in Corporate Turnarounds--truly focusing B\Coach Training Participants on the leading edge of performance, change and transformation with people, business and networks!

In conjunction with our annual B\Coach Retreat in Montana right after labor day 2003 being coordinated by Heidi Wendell, our next program--orienting now--will kick off in March, so we would appreciate you getting the word out to your colleagues about our special pricing offer.

Our June Program will retreat at the annual ICF Conference in Denver in Nov, 2003, if you're looking to combine two events for the same money. Our September Program is scheduled to retreat in sunny California in March 2004.

For our March Program, our regular tuition is $2995 US; or if people want to "earn while they learn" only $250 US DN payment and 12 payments of $250 US every month.

This is a breakthrough in innovation for our program--instead of raising prices like most major training programs are doing--we're finding ways to make Coach Training More Affordable.

That's why I've decided to continue our B\Coach Graduate Sponsorship Program. Each B\Coach Graduate may sponsor one person into B\Coach during 2003 for the special tuition fee we've created for this purpose. If you were unable to sponsor someone into B\Coach during the holidays, then you can still do so up until Oct 31, 2003.

Remember, ONLY 1 PERSON per B\Coach. You may assign your sponsorship to someone, however YOU are responsible for that person's success--care and feeding during the program! Don't take this responsibility lightly, this is an incredible offer as you know and is designed to "rise the tide" for all of our boats over time!

As a result of the increased activity in our community and our movement to begin placing our coaches into a variety of revenue-generating settings, I will be taking a smaller role in instruction, albeit not at first.  We will adopt a two-tiered pricing structure in order to compensate for the time I take away from innovation and leadership in the community. I will maintain the $4995 fee for tuition for those who want to specifically train with me in small groups.

We know that some of our facilitators are actually more efficient and competent than I am at helping participants move through the material, however training with me is going to be maintained as exclusive in the future as my time has become less variable and is more fixed in terms of the amount I have to apply to training and development as we move into our new innovative programs, which I will teach at the outset this year.
