I came away from the call energized and buzzing with
ideas…it’s so exciting to be part of such a stimulating
community, the most dynamic group that I’ve ever been a
member of, and with my background as a pianist, I thought
that I knew some pretty creative people in the music
world!
Yes I know, talk about a behavioural event! The
information about Heidi doing 10 mins of coaching,
followed by 20 mins reviewing what happened, was great
(and only one of many exciting ideas: I was writing
madly). Also, the idea about looking at your friends now
to see where you’ll be in 5 years.
Thank you to all of you for making this MBC experience so
exciting and special for me… I was really quite moved by
today’s sharing, as I often am. And especially to you Mike
for your incredible generosity and openness in sharing

This program is designed for the
experienced coach who is on a journey of mastery and wishes to explore
developmental coaching. Mike has coached in a variety of environments and
has worked with coaches and client's all over the world using a
developmental approach to coaching mastery.

The program will be limited to
qualified participants only and will include experiential coaching each
week of the program focused on coaching development through performance,
change and transformation. Six-months of coaching is included in the
program.
