Participants Sought for  Business Coach Development System

B\Coach Systems LLC, a virtual coach development company announced today that it was seeking  participants to enter the Business Coach Development System (B-Coach).  

Following the recent publication of COACH2 The Bottom Line: An Executive Guide to Coaching Performance, Change and Transformation in Organizations, the author Mike Jay announced the design and formation of B\Coach Systems, LLC to fill a niche between personal coaching and internal corporate coaching by creating a special designation of "Certified Business Coach™."

Students graduating from the 6-month virtual teledevelopment program will have the opportunity to certify as business coaches after completing onsite reviews in business, coaching and leadership, presenting case studies and passing an oral exam during a face-to-face retreat held at the conclusion of the teledevelopment training.

The program is designed for new as well practicing professional coaches wishing to work in business systems and organizations. The program integrates business terminology, business concepts, coaching practices and leadership development and emotional intelligence into a virtual, experiential action-learning program culminating in a face-to-face retreat following the virtual and online training.  Each participant is provided with a coach for the length of the program.

All certifying graduates are granted a license to deliver the COACH2 Methodology and the Leadership University Program in business and organizations. These graduates will have the opportunity to gain ground floor access to training, mentoring and coaching positions as B\Coach develops internationally.

Coaches mastering the COACH2 System through virtual training and certification with the International Consortia of Business Coaches will have the opportunity to join B\Coach Partners, LLP to deliver the COACH2 Methodology in organizations as associates.

The Certified Business Coach™ and Master Business Coach™ are unique coaching designations recognized by the International Consortia of Business Coaches, a professional network of members interested in advancing business coaching and executive coaching in organizations.

Approximately 5 hours per week is required during the program. The training will be conducted in a virtual project environment and students will learn how to function in a team-based environment using technology to align vision, purpose, practice and business results.
