Strategic intention is an expression of 9 components of strategy and tactics that are used in the B\Coach Development System to create an operational strategy map. This map of the territory is an opportunity to create shared vision and purpose through an effective means of creating right action: the right people doing the right things in the right way at the right time for the right reasons. is a person participating in a mutually voluntary interaction with neither
responsibility, accountability or authority over the outcomes of
the person being coached towards a result of mutually desirable
performance, generative change and development of the whole person not
separate from the systems to which they are connected. Business Coaching:

Appreciative Coaching: an interaction taking place between a person coaching and either a person or group being coached that is mutually interactive, supportive and appreciative that creates openings (surfacing gaps or variances in behavior that are recognized by both person coaching and person being coached) for generating possibilities, developing plans, previewing outcomes of plans and taking committed action to increase performance, change and transformation, while producing outcomes of awareness, purpose, competence and well-being for all stakeholders.
